Countdown by listening to 13 age-appropriate, spooky-ish episodes that are full of thrills, chills, and ghostly giggles.
Grownups, these episodes are meant to be kid-friendly spooky fun. Still, every child handles “scary” differently. If one story feels like too much, just mark it off on the tracker and move on to the next. Our goal is for every participant to enjoy a positive, playful experience.

The Kooky Spooky Countdown turns active listening into a game, giving kids a fun goal to work toward and a real sense of accomplishment. When your child finishes any or all of the challenge:

- Deadline to submit: Your family can enjoy this challenge and submit anytime and we will send you the rewards.
- We’ll email back an official certificate, and
- For those who finish the challenge, we’ll send downloadable links to special video messages from: Adam Gidwitz (Grimm Grimmer Grimmest), Elise Parisian (Unspookable), and Jonathan and Redge (Dorktales Storytime)
- A set of printable Kooky Spooky Award Cards.
