We love this podcast because it is fun, inclusive, and keeps kids engaged without screens. We also love the story behind the star of the show, Jonathan, and his sister who helps write episodes and music. We can tell that they were encouraged to be creative and to lead with integrity and open heartedness. We find it to be excellent quality in content, messaging, and production value.
I have a super soft spot for Dorktales because I have an autistic son and it gives me so much joy to hear Jonathan’s imagination unfold. His creativity, his voices, his enthusiasm—I love all of it! I just wanted you to know how grateful we are for the Dorktales show.
This podcast is delightful! The stories are fun, silly, and addictive in the best way possible. I love that female characters are written with the same amount of bravery, heroism, and wit as the male characters, and my jaw actually fell open once I figured out exactly how many voices Jonathan flawlessly brings to life at once. Definitely one that my kids and I will enjoy for many years to come.
Educational and Entertaining. We love Dorktales Storytime Podcast! It is full of educational value and great messages. I also love how they are able to insert humor that both kids and parents enjoy. This is our #1 go-to podcast!
My students will love it! I’m an elementary school teacher and am always on the lookout for new ways to integrate stories and storytelling into the school day. Sometimes we get those quiet moments during the school day in which the students are working on art projects or other craftivities and I turn on some soft music or an audiobook. Will my students enjoy these episodes like I did? I think they will!

Wonderful Show! Started listening to these stories while driving. They are humorous takes on classics’ stories. The variety of different voices keeps it interesting for my 3-year-old and is funny as well. Keeps me entertained so I don’t have to worry about either of us getting bored. There was one where Jonathan’s hedgehog character’s laughing had my son cracking up and that was amazing. Made long drive go by faster and stands out among other stories that are all so similar.
